Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certificate

The Certificate in Integrative and Functional Nutrition provides an alternative for the individual who wishes to obtain a comprehensive introduction to integrative and functional approaches to nutrition. The certificate is a 12-credit program, including four academic courses.

Admissions Requirements

Completion of a bachelor’s degree from a regionally-accredited university with GPA of 3.0 or above (on a scale of 4.0).

Applicants for the certificate in Integrative and Functional Nutrition must submit: 

a) Official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate universities; 

b) A 250-500-word personal statement explaining their professional interest in pursuing the certificate in Integrative and Functional Nutrition;

c) A current resume or CV.

Certificate in IFN - Total Credits - 12


Certificate Requirements for 2019-2020 Academic Year approved by CIMHS Degree Program Committee.

If you are a current student in the CIMHS or in another Saybrook degree program, talk with your advisor about enrolling you for this certificate.
