Ethical considerations for quantitative research are considered. This course includes skill-building exercises to prepare doctoral students for the design and implementation of research that includes quantitative data. Introductory statistical techniques, such as one and two sample t-tests, one-way ANOVA, bivariate correlation and regression analysis are introduced and practiced. Prerequisite(s): RES 2100 Research Foundations and Literacy , or RES 1006 Information Competency and Library Use , or MBM 1009 Information Competency & Research Skills and MBM 5540 Fundamentals of Research 3 credit(s)
