MBM 5681 - Psychophysiology of the Human Stress Response This course introduces the basic principles of psychophysiology as they relate to several systems in the body. Students will critically review the science underlying the human stress response and the impact on the nervous, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, and immune systems. Students will also examine various research strategies used to investigate the complex interactions throughout the body, including the use of psychophysiological monitoring, neuro-imaging, and biological markers. 3 credit(s) Offered: SU-Term A Course Length: 12 weeks No RC.
