IFN 5686 - Functional Nutrition Laboratory Testing Advances in nutritional laboratory science and genetics continue to generate new methods to evaluate nutritional status. In this course, students learn how to apply functional nutrition testing to evaluate and assess core imbalances in the digestive system, immune system, blood glucose regulation and mitochondrial function, hormonal status, stress response, and mood modulation.
