                  IFN 5694 - Nutrition-Focused Physical Exam This course prepares students for subjective nutrition assessment, including identifying systems, signs, and symptoms that are associated with subclinical or latent disease states, and nutrition-focused physical exam indicators of macronutrient and micronutrient adequacy, insufficiency, deficiency, and excess/toxicity.
