PSY 3045B - Clinical Intervention IIIn this course, students will continue further overview and development of intervention techniques and therapy skills as relevant to different modalities and populations: children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, groups, and communities. The course will focus on therapist role in selecting and implementing intervention strategies and monitoring progress, collaborative treatments, and skills necessary for working with a variety of client issues across lifespan with sensitivity to the complexity of human diversity and the importance of multicultural competency in clinical practice. 3 credit(s) |
