ORG 7076 - Self and Organization: Cultivating the "Spirit" in OrganizationsThe overall theme of the course is creating an understanding of self in relationship through an opportunity to awaken to the relationships of which you are a part, the aspirations you have, and the meaning you bring to your life and work. The readings and assignments have been carefully chosen to represent a diversity of perspectives including philosophy, poetry and literature, personal stories, films, and experiential exercises.
