HM 7438 - Human Resource

This course integrates theory and practice to comprehend and resolve organizational management problems using a holistic systems approach to operational analysis and application of the core humanistic principles. Students analyze the structural, human, political, and symbolic frameworks that help leaders to address a variety of organizational challenges successfully. Through a humanistic, holistic and systems approach, students develop leadership and management success and failure across various organizational settings and learn to create a balanced model for strategic decision making to attain organizational objectives.
