This course integrates learning drawn from a wide range of disciplines in the DBA program. It explores theory, research, and practice in global corporate and business strategies, providing students with the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of strategy formulation, implementation, and evaluation for optimal business results. Students develop critical and conceptual thinking skills by analyzing the interplay of industry structure, competitive environments and related advantage, organizational structure and resources, talent development, and uncertainties in a global environment. All these considerations are integrated with the notion of achieving the quadruple bottom line of enhancing the position positions of people, planet, profit, guided by purpose.
