MAL 6009 - Managerial Leadership and Organizational BehaviorThis course is focused on the unique leadership challenges inherent in managerial hierarchies. Distinctions will be discussed between management and leadership. Basic management concepts and skills will be reviewed including human resource practices, financial literacy and process improvement. Basic organizational leadership concepts and skills will include the importance of values, mission, vision and goals.
