MAM 8014 - Sustainable Operations and Organizational SystemsThe course covers the fundamentals of effective supply chain management from an organizational systems standpoint. A key focus is on the design of global supply chain networks and how they are strategically managed. The course introduces a framework that identifies the key drivers of supply chain performance: facilities, inventory, transportation, information, sourcing, and pricing.
