HM 6032 - People Strategies for Transformative Leaders

This course is focused on strategic human resource management and integrates talent development and transformational organizational behavior as it relates to guiding sustainable organizational performance to achieve key social and business goals. Human resource budgeting, benefits and employee wellness integrated with the exploration and execution of holistic talent management is emphasized. Included in this overview is understanding how technology plays a pivotal role (HRIS/HRMS) in human resources, as well coordinating the assessment and formulation of policies and procedures for short- and long-range human resource planning, recruiting and selection for both domestic and internal organizations Prerequisite(s): None 3 credit(s)
