ORG 7036 - Strategic Management, Data Analysis & Decision Making: A Systems PerspectiveWith strategic analysis, planning, decision making, and organizational alignment in distributed organizations as the core focus, this interdisciplinary course enables students to expand their practical skills as strategic leaders and managers who face complex situations and have to make challenging decisions which have far-reaching economic ramifications for organizations, as well as the well-being of society and the environment.
