COUN 2031 - Assessment & Testing


This course emphasizes humanistic perspectives in administration, interpretation, and reporting of assessment measurements using standardized empirical and phenomenological approaches. The course emphasizes clinical issues in reliability and validity, standardization and instrumentation, cultural and population specificity, and individual and contextual applications. The course provides an overview of ethics, testing objectives, and clinical implications in assessment settings.
