PH 501 - Elective Certificate: Professional Studies in PsychophysiologySaybrook University offers an elective certificate specialization in Professional Studies in Participants use 15 elective credits taking several distance based psychophysiology courses and writing a paper summarizing what they have learned. This specialization is a valuable way to both learn about various aspects of psychophysiology such as biofeedback, neurofeedback, genetic bases of behavior, optimal functioning, and etc. and to provide evidence of solid training in psychophysiological techniques and biofeedback. Each course is between 1 and 3 credits. The required core courses for the certificate are (1) PH 505 - Introduction to Psychophysiology 3 credits, (2) PH 510A - Psychophysiological Recording and Intervention / General Biofeedback Lecture 3 credits, and (3) a capstone paper summarizing what has been learned while taking the certificate. 0 credit(s) |
