MBM 5635 - Spirituality and HealthThis course presents the principles and skills of spiritual and religious practices, ceremony, and ritual in whole person integrative healthcare. Within this context, students will explore the historical, cultural, and individual belief systems, and explain how these factors impact individual health outcomes and wellbeing. The experiential component of the class introduces several techniques that can be used to deepen self-awareness and commitment to a personal spiritual practice as well as to create a ritual ceremony of healing.
